I met Sara when I entered ISEG, in 2010. She was a part-time assistent at ISEG' main reception. She was also student at one of ISEG's advanced programmes, although she was never my student. During her stay at this job, I was able to observe how she was extremely keen on resolving any issues that migh emerge as a result of being at the front desk of the building. Issues related to screening income visitors, dealing with them, and directing them to the right persons in the building. She was both extremely professional in dealing with visitors (important not only for efficiency reasons, but also for maintaining ISEG's image and reputation), but also in dealing with internal affairs that required her action. I was also able to observe her energy, motivation, and strong quest for professional and personal development, as shown in her new assignments. Her interests in marketing and related areas, coupled with her individual attributes and characteristics, are without doubt of great value for any company looking for a good professional.
