  Managed twenty-one personnel in training, maintenance, and qualifications. Coordinated maintenance between two plants and ship operations to effectively complete complex maintenance evolutions on a deadline in high stress conditions. Implemented a schedule that motivated junior personnel, leading to seventeen qualifications completed in the first two weeks. Filled in for other positions, such as Work Center Supervisor (maintenance scheduling) when appropriate without assistance. Communicated effectively between upper chain of command and junior personnel to reach a preferred resolution to multiple conflicts. Assisted Training Petty Officer in reviewing and maintaining personnel qualifications and analysis of critical tasks and elements requiring training.

Performed complex maintenance evolutions and to quickly diagnose and repair complicated reactor protection systems on plant equipment using various maintenance tools and a strong mechanical aptitude. Reviewed all maintenance documentation to ensure it was filled out correctly. Reviewed materials for technical accuracy and conducted training in classroom and the plant. Administered on the job training to meet qualification standards. Observed and evaluated training and submitted reports of training value, effectiveness and accuracy. Developed lesson plans to support divisional training. Reviewed upcoming procedures and assisted in developing training to help ensure the required knowledge present for the successful completion of the maintenance item. Overall responsible for the surveillance of both plants instrumentation and control equipment functioning correctly and within specification.
