  • Participated in the World Oral Health Day, and provided oral health care services to underserved community members in Addis Ababa • Led a team of 10 volunteers including providers and support workers through a three-day dental relief outreach program. This required me to apply a visionary leadership style to set purpose and provide constant support system to the team. In addition, through this voluntary work, I was able to demonstrate coaching leadership style which allowed me to show the team how their role plays a part in the larger team strategy, and in promoting health and wellbeing of the community. • Promoted public health through educating community members on the importance of oral hygiene and early detection of oral diseases.
