As part of the delivery and assessment team with Chwarae Teg's brilliant Agile Nation 2 project I delivered ILM training followed by a 6 months of coaching in the workplace to embed learning. Met some amazingly talented team leaders who will be developing emotionally intelligent inclusive teams.
