I worked with Sara on different teams on Shelf Engine but had a lot of opportunities to collaborate! As one of the users of our internal app, Sara was incredibly reliable in providing user feedback and teaching us about the grocery/retail industry with her wealth of industry knowledge. She helped us make informed decisions for feature releases and improve the product by showing us demos and clearly demonstrating her thought processes when we had user-research sessions together. Sara is also great at cross-team communication and showed a lot of curiousity by taking the time to ask more questions about bugs and the technical "why" behind engineering on-call issues. I think everyone who worked with her was impressed by how quickly she learned all the technical intricacies of our system and web app. I really enjoyed working with Sara and think she would be super valuable in any team she's on in the future.
