Over the last year, Sara and I worked together at Sugatan as a part of the Agile team whereby she was a project coordinator and I the scrum master. Sara was always willing to go beyond her job scope to help the team succeed. She dedicated a lot of time and attention to analyzing data to try and find new ways to improve on our workflow and ensured that deadlines were consistently met.
