  I have been in post as Senior Housing Support Worker for four years at Colchester YMCA, delivering supported housing to forty-four young people aged 16-24 years old. I line manage a team of support workers who deliver 24 hour support to tenants to help maintain their tenancies. In addition, I hold my own direct caseload. I also deputise for the Housing Projects Manager when necessary. My workload is highly varied. I work in an environment that can be highly challenging, and with little division between offices and customers homes. I currently work in housing and tenancy management, leading on referrals, admissions and tenant induction. I have issued Notice and undertaken evictions in conjunction with my line manager.
