It's quite rare to come across someone like Sara, simply because there are not many people of her calibre around. What struck me when we first met (in the capacity of potential business partner) was her ability to make me completely at ease. Many people in top positions in business go right for the jugular, but Sara was as interested in me as a person than the business proposition. That doesn't happen very often, and it was a memorable experience. When you meet Sara you soon realise that kindness and compassion run deep in her veins, and the support that she's garnered for my charity has been phenomenal. I am truly grateful to her. From a business perspective, Sara is a consummate professional who weaves kindness with competence and business acumen. In other words, she's highly respected and skilled manager who is able to manage and build a team of similarly-minded people. That's a highly valuable trait in anyone's books.
