      Started the day by Prepping all product that we would need to use throughout the day. Made freshly brewed coffee, set up our Frappuccino machines as well as our espresso machine to begin making beverages for our customers. Counted down the register every morning to make sure that there was the correct amount of money before we opened and documented any discrepancies. Served our customers in a fast paced fashion cleaning up as I went as often as I could, restocked brewed coffee as needed, remade the coffee base for the Frappuccino's when it ran out, restocked the entire coffee shop with a list of items that we were out of. If I ended up staying until the café closed I usually reconciled the till and did the dishes that had not been done during the day, checked the expiration dates on product and threw them out as needed.       Opening duties included counting the cash drawers to make sure they were at the dollar amounts they were supposed to be at, then running the deposits from the day before to the bank. Checking schedules to make sure we did not have anyone on Vacation or call out. Checked emails from the company each morning to see if there were any updates that needed to be made concerning product and product placement. Participating with staff with Store wide inventory. Regular duties included keeping the salesfloor clean and well stocked, accepting product deliveries when they arrived and checking them into our systems; writing up schedules for the employees so they knew when they needed to be at work, executing disciplinary actions upon employees as needed. I also made sure our cash wrap was fully stocked at all times, helped with customer service and ordering products for members who were looking for specific items we did not have in the store. Made cold calls to members about their pre-order purchases, as well as calling local churches to inform them of Vacation Bible School kits we had for sale for the year. Closing duties included counting down cash registers to make sure that they were accurate, filling out forms for the deposits that would need to be made the next morning, making sure that the salesfloor was clean and organized, light janitorial work like cleaning rest rooms and vacuuming.
