Sara recently completed a challenging leadership coaching project, working with the founder of an organization whose Board I chair. Since this was not in our budget we could afford only three coaching sessions, which only added to Sara's challenge. That being said she also generously donated an hour long phone conversation with me part way through the project. Sara has great insight and the ability to quickly ascertain key issues that need to be addressed. She is thorough in her work, as well as tactful, and provides a supportive environment for those she coaches. Her style is to lead her clients on a path to self-discovery. She also effectively balances the needs of her client with those of the person she coaches. I am pleased to recommend Sara as a coach and a principled leader herself.
