Nous avons fait appel à Sara en décembre 2022 pour animer une séquence de team building dans le cadre de notre séminaire d'équipe. Dès le début, Sara a su mettre à l'aise chacun d'entre nous, et tout en douceur, elle nous a amené à mieux comprendre l'univers et la langue des signes. Toute l'équipe s'est "prise" au jeu et nous avons passé un très bon moment. En une après-midi, Sara nous a sensibilisés à ce monde que nous ne connaissions pas pour la plupart d'entre nous, nous avons signé, chacun a trouvé son nom signe. C'etait un moment convivial, riche de sens et durant lequel nous avons ri tous ensemble. C'etait une très belle expérience ! Merci Sara !

J'ai fait intervenir Sara lors d'un séminaire l'année dernière auprès de mes équipes de l'accompagnement, sur une sensibilisation au handicap auditif. Elle nous a fait découvrir que les sourds ne doivent pas être considérés comme une population avec un handicap mais plus comme une communauté avec son langage, sa culture, son identité et aussi son propre humour. Elle a animé cela avec beaucoup de dynamisme et de participation. Ce séminaire a marqué positivement les participants qui m'en reparle quand je les recroise. Enfin le calage de l'organisation en amont était Tiptop.
