  Currently, my job is working as a Head Teacher for 3-year-olds and entails communicating daily with parents about their children's progress. I set goals for the children daily, weekly, and monthly. I create lesson plans which correlate with my goals for the children as well as the themes for that week or month. I observe the students and assess them so I can help them develop and learn new skills in a way that will continually keep them inspired to learn.
