Responsibilities: • Coordinate with project SUBCONTRACTORS to ensure that the SUBCONTRACTORS are implementing their approved environmental plan. • Primary responsibility for coordinating and implementing the Construction Environmental Control Plan requirements in the field and for providing other environmental field support. • Conduct regular field inspections of environmental activities (Remediation Package) for compliance with the requirements described in Remediation Detailed design, Project applicable environmental permits, and Project plans under supervision of WorleyParsons PMC of ERC project. • Documenting environmental compliance, corrective actions, and notifying the HSE Manager/Site Manager, as necessary. • Making Environmental monitoring reports and site surveying and following up with the process. • Supervising excavation of contaminated soil, soil classification, Sampling and Stockpiling process. • Supervising installation of LNAPL recovery trenches and systems. • Attend all the meetings with the technical and environmental managers and preparing MOM. • Revising Environmental Monitoring reports and analytical reports and gives proper actions matching with the project procedure. • Environmental skills on air emissions issues and permitting and wastewater discharge criteria and permitting, waste management, spill prevention and response, environmental inspections and compliance auditing. • Preparing Environmental register to EEAA approval. • Reviewing quantity sheets based on BOQ and measurements & definitions.
