After graduating, I worked on my resume and cover letters with my university career center and afterwards went 3 months without hearing back from a single application. I then met with Sara DiFiore who helped me revise my resume and cover letters and afterwards I received interviews from the following 2/3 applications, one of which landed me a drop at my dream institution. I cannot recommend Sara highly enough. She has a gift at helping me communicate my skills and qualifications on paper. In addition, she was wonderful to work with... kind, enthusiastic, supportive, efficient, knowledgeable... Sara DiFiore is an exceptional business partner with phenomenal customer service. To this day, I am still amazed at how effortlessly her genuine relationships form with everyone she interacts with. I initially met Sara when she was a Customer Support Associate (CSA) in Buffalo, New York. One of Sara's goals was to move to Boston. Based on the relationship that Sara and I had built over time, she was hands down an easy pick to join my Boston team, when the opportunity presented itself. Over our time working together, Sara expressed that her true passion was getting into Recruiting and eventually Sales. Although it would be sad to see her leave my immediate team, I could see her passion and determination toward the recruiting and sales roles. Sara battled adversity of those believing sales may not be a great fit, and proved everyone wrong! Sara put in the hard work and hours to not only ensure her current CSA role was being met by my high expectations, but also putting herself out there to ensure she was the best candidate for a Recruiting role. Sara is someone that not only seeks feedback, but utilizes the feedback to ensure she is reaching her full potential in any role. It was an incredible moment sharing with Sara that she had accomplished her goal, and would be moving into a Recruiting role. Sara is someone that sets the bar high, and graciously hits those goals. To write Sara a recommendation that fully encompasses her talent is not possible. As a past manager to Sara, I was truly grateful and refreshed to have her as a part of my team. Sara's work ethic, customer service first mentality, and grateful outlook on life never wavered. Each interaction with customers/clients/employees/management was met with the highest level of respect and education. To have Sara as a member of any team would be an advantage and an asset.
