  Mara Moja Sessions was started in 2019 as a monthly only-music open mic. From 2019 to 2022 I took care of each event from A to Z: - scouting of locations - scouting and booking of the opening acts for each event - hosting - coordination of the event and open mic'ers - providing technical material - set up of the stage - sound for each musician - photography - coordination of 2-3 volunteers - social media - correspondence with artists, public and locations Under the project Mara Moja Sessions I organised 2 editions of the Mara Moja Festival (2021-2022), a small world music festival promoting local musicians from different countries of Africa and the Middle East. From the end of 2022 a regular team joined the project. The open mic, now called Mara Moja MOM (Music Open Mic), moved to Kavka Oudaan for the season.   From 2010 I worked for the annual famous fair Lucca Comics & Games, being part of the staff of one of the biggest pavilions. In 2016 I became the responsible of that pavilion, managing a group of 15 to 20 workers and being the reference point for the exhibitors. I was the reference point for any unit related to security (police, firemen, Croce Verde). My final task was to fill a report for my employers, facing any kind of issues and giving eventual suggestions for improvement.
