Sara is the best supervisor I have ever had. With all the different personality types that we have at the Office of Technology Licensing (OTL), it never ceases to amaze me how well she works with each of them. Sara adapts very well to changing circumstances and has the innate ability to put herself in another persons shoes in order to approach a problem with a different perspective. One of my favorite things about Sara is how she never stops working on self improvement. When the OTL started toast masters, she quickly became one of the most dedicated members and when they started the get fit initiative she was the leader of her team. Sara also always took the time to sit down with me and explain edits she made to my work so that I could improve, I really appreciated that. Sara is an inspiring leader, a great technical editor and a pleasure to be around.
