I led a successful implementation of Royal Mail’s Total Quality program based on the European Federation Quality Model (EFQM). This programme embedded a culture of operational excellence resulting in the achievement of first class mail being delivered the next day 90-95% of the time. The culture of the business was radically changed by a 360 approach to communication and employee engagement.
