 Meeting the clients several times to learn their budget, criteria, objectives, and any specific requirement regarding their project and advising them relevant to life safety in both new and existing structures, means of egress and features of fire protection to hazardous materials emergencies, injuries from falls, and emergency communications.  Writing and preparing a proposal, presentation for clients and reports, applications and contracts  Designing, planning, and developing architectural projects with different functions such as residential, commercial, office, based on the environmental impact or feasibility study, cost analysis, and land-use study by life safety, fire-fighting, and sustainability approach based on NFPA101, 72, 25.  Making site visits to check on progress and communicate with contractors and construction workers to implement designs.  Being a part of the managerial group  Design architectural projects based on fire-fighting codes.  Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction.  Manage the atelier with five designers.  Research new technologies and recent solutions to decrease energy consumption and arrange various meetings with other companies about new, high-tech, small carbon print and environmental materials – R&D.
