In my position as Marketing Executive, I look after a variety of aspects of the business that are aimed at establishing the brand and increasing brand awareness and sales. This is carried out through the development of an e-commerce website (WordPress) and a marketing strategy that covers different media outlets. As part of my role, I am in charge of creating digital content in the form of blogs, social media posts, graphics and videos, and email campaigns that are all seamlessly linked to the brand image and products. I also look after the e-commerce website, performing regular system updates, uploading new products, and general administration. I am a confident user of the WordPress platform for building and designing websites. Thanks to my creative skills I also take charge of the design of the print material for the company, which includes leaflets, posters, gift cards, business cards, and more.

I co-work with the Project Manager and Managing Director of the company in developing marketing strategies and digital content for businesses. I am responsible for creating digital content (written and visual) tailored to the needs of clients and customers. In my time as an intern at EF I have worked in various positions and learned different aspects of running a language school. I have been at the reception and front desk, welcoming new and current students and helping them with their requests. For this position, it was essential to have people skills and a positive attitude. As part of my role, I have had the chance to learn about the administration side of things, such as handling bookings, transfers, allocating accommodation and liaising with host families, using their in-house system called ELEKTRA. One of the perks of the job was also having the chance to take the students around the city, and guide them around the major attraction or serving as interpreter. My knowledge of both Italian and English has been essential in this experience.
