      Borgwarner Morse system, ARCORE (MB) - ITALY Sector: Manufacturing - Automotive Title: Implementing the requirements of CQI9 for heat-treatment area as a project work The project was about finding non-conformity in the activities related to each point of CQI9 standard and find solutions to get aligned with the requirements of the standard. We studied the standard during our first month and we met different managers of different departments involved in producing the requirement of this standard like quality (metallurgical lab), production, engineering..., we had different meetings with them to have a deeper understanding on the current procedure of doing the activities. We could suggest and implement our countermeasures to the management and we were able to reduce their non-conformity to zero. Final grade achieved for this project: 30/30 Show less
