I currently collaborate with Sara on a daily basis on the Content Team at Vital Farms. She is a pleasure to work with, consistently demonstrating a levelheaded, calming demeanor and a sense of mindful preparedness in everything she does. Sara is the powerhouse behind the brand’s consumer engagement marketing strategies, always raising the bar with our community by pushing boundaries and implementing tools and practices that can support and accomplish the goals of our team. Sara has scaled this team so intentionally and gracefully, creating true impact to the organization. She is also a steadfast and empathetic leader to her team, which can be clearly observed in their outstanding performances and engaged attitudes. I worked with Sara when my brand, DKB was a sampling tour client at YLM for several years. Sara was a joy to work with and everything you want from a project manager. She managed Dave's Killer Bread's national product sampling tour from creative development through execution. She was super organized and had a wonderful attitude. She was also quick to manage less than ideal situations if they arose, managing issues effectively and changing course if needed. She "got" the brand from the get go, and truly became an extension of our small team. Her client service skills were impeccable, even hosting my husband and I at the BottleRock Music Festival when the DKB sampling tour passed through. Sara would bring professionalism and a can-do attitude to any company lucky enough to have her.
