As a project manager of a reengineering project for CMA CGM Company, I worked with Saqib as a developer within the company’s Off-shore Development Centre in Dubai. The objective of the project was to optimize the global application performances but also to improve the main business process for the users. Development methodology, functional reengineering and reactivity due to changing specifications were the qualities required to achieve our objectives.
