We engaged Sapna to put together a Know How and Precedent system for the Dispute Resolution Department. Her role was to research and appoint a suitable platform/software provider and to gather/check all the contents. Sapna produced an incredible result for us on budget and ahead of schedule - she also worked out how to roll out the systems to the whole firm at no additional cost. She worked incredibly well with other people in the firm to ensure the right people were involved in the process and that the tech would work. She understands very well the demands on the time of our lawyers and made it as easy as humanly possible for them. Everyone is enthused about the new system.
