I had an opportunity to work with Sapan as a part of performance engineering capability team at J.P.Morgan. As a fellow team member he was very approachable and gave due consideration to every one's thoughts and ideas. This helped in resolution of a lot of technical and team management issues very soon. Most of the projects that we work on are of relatively shorter duration where time lines were really stringent. He came up with solutions very fast which best fitted the client requirements, adding a lot of value for the client. This brought him and the team a lot of credibility. Sapan displayed really good multi tasking capabilities and also worked with many cross functional teams simultaneously, proving to be a real asset for the team. It was great working with you.
