I've witnessed Sanz professional contributions as a Service Delivery Manager at Ceridian as well as through engagement with Sanz as members of the Bay to Gulf Chapter of the American Payroll Association. Sanz has a reputation for client relationship turn-arounds. She is able to soothe the most angry and escalated of clients. Her reputation is based on actual results, not mythology. Sanz has taken her approach to client service and her experience in the industry and created a phenomenal presentation to share her "secrets". I had the opportunity to hear Sanz's "Tame the Tiger" presentation at one of our Bay to Gulf APA Chapter Meetings. This presentation was so well received that the membership was talking about her presentation and referencing this topic for a long time. As a result, Sanz was asked to deliver the same presentation to a group of Supervisors, Managers and Directors within the Ceridian organization. Once again, Sanz's presentation had a significant impact and was a real wow moment amongst the several days of meetings. Sanz's presentations are always unique, always distinctive, and always delivered with high-energy and passion. Her presentations always have elements of "give and take" in-bedded within. For her "Tame the Tiger" presentation, Sanz gifted the audience (give) with a small but memorable token to drive home the message of the presentation. She also included a note or highlight document (take) to summarize key take-away learnings. Sanz delivered yet another engaging presentation in late 2016 on, "The Future of Payroll" where Sanz, yet again, delivered her message to a surprised group of payroll professionals who were intrigued her her insights into where our industry was headed and why. Once again her presentation was unique and delivered with passion! I can't recommend her enough for her ability to deal with difficult clients, to share her knowledge and to deliver amazing presentations!

On several occassions I had the opportunity to work with Sanz when I worked for Ceridian in my last two roles as a leader in Account Management. Sanz was professional, knowledgeable, responsive and went "above and beyond" to help me and my team with what customer request or escalation that Sanz and her team managed. Sanz was also patient and helpful when I brought her issues that she nor her team were responsible for, but guided me through the maize to ensure that I found the right person - she then would follow-up to make sure that I got what I needed. To me, those are lost qualities in Corporate America today. I highly recommend Sanz. She is a true asset to any company.
