•Performing NDE such as VT, RT, DPT, MPT, UT, hydraulic tests wherever required. Plan, Perform and Report the Non Destructive Examination (NDE) as per Quality Assurance Plan (QAP). •Fit-up inspection for every joint, their alignment, applicable jigs and fixtures for the same and weld visual before offering for NDT. •Weld Repair rate analysis Weekly/Monthly/Welder on basis of Defects after review RT Film with competence Person of NDT Department. •Review Batch T.C as per ASME Sec-II C •ISO 9001 : 2008 Internal Auditor & Management Representative (MR) of company. Preparation and review of quality system documents in the view of ISO, ASME, PED, GOST R Audits. To lead the department in external Quality Audit. •Preparation of WPS, PQR & WPQ as per ASME Sec-IX. Review of all Welding Consumable Test Certificates & comparing compliance with code and client requirement. Monitoring of all Fit Ups done before the Welding activities during project execution in compliance with qualified and approved welding procedures. •Preperation of all procedures like QAP,Hydrostatic test, NDE, PMI, PWHT,FAT Procedure etc. Preparation of final Project Documents Like MRB, MDB, VDB etc.. •Knowledge of Preperation bill of material, data sheet etc. •To solve Techno-commercial Scrutinities as well as satisfying customer needs and expectation. •Prime responsibility to maintain best quality with time delivery. •Handling customer complaints & customer returned products (After Sales & Service) cases.
