I have had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Santosh Saharan at Varian Medical Systems Particle Therapy (VPT) division for over two years (2015 -2017). She possesses keen skills with a honed approach for details with respect to the analysis of requirements implementation be it with software or hardware. She works very well either autonomously or within small and large groups. Whenever the need(s) arose, she was and is always eager to take on new challenges with a smile. She has an excellent ability that enables her to effectively, efficiently, and proficiently communicate to her peers, her managers horizontally and vertically, and across multiple cross functional and geographically located teams. Until I left the company, Santos worked in my team as SQA engineer. She was responsible for building up the test environment, preparing and executing the software test. She worked well with the engineering team on site as well with the team in Germany over the boundaries of time zones, facilities and cultures. She had to coordinate all her activities together with the local and remote team to deliver the good software quality. Her positive attitude and soft skills were always a benefit for the team.
