I had the opportunity to work with Santhosh on the NEC project at Cummins. NEC was a regulatory code mandated project that would hinder the product acceptance in the market resulting in sales impact of approximately $2 Million if it failed to implement the changes to the product on time. Santhosh was the technical lead on the project where he led the team of structural analyst & design engineers in providing detailed design concepts that were cost & time effective and executed the product changes that minimally impacted the product certifications and met the code requirement.
