(Joined Cookson Semiconductor Packaging Materials - CSPM, which was taken over by PEWEMSG in 2010) Key Functions in the Current Role 1. Formulate Epoxy Mold Compounds (EMC) for various applications, some of which tasted commercial success to various extent: • CK6000HV-A13: An EMC used in High Voltage Power applications, meeting JEDEC MSL3/260C performance (SOIC8, PDIP, eSIP, etc). • CK6100: An EMC targeted for High End Power Packaging market requiring excellent MSL1 performance (DPAK/D2PAK,) and other (TO220). • CK6100SB: An EMC targeted for High End Power Packaging market requiring excellent MSL1 performance (Cu/Ag SOIC8, NiPdAu SOIC8). • CK6200: Low Cost EMC product with good MSL1 requirement on SOIC8 (Cu/Ag). • CK6000TC: An EMC requiring Thermal Conductivity (TC) of 2.0 W/m.K or lower. (TO220, FullPAK, etc.). • High TC EMC, with Thermal Conductivity 3.0 W/m.K or higher. 2. Support Technical Consultants with the resolution of customer issues during trial evaluation and commercialization of mold compounds. 3. Help with set up of equipments for characterization of Epoxy Mold Compounds (1. Thermal Analysis - DSC, DMA, TMA and TGA, 2. FTIR, 3. Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC)) 4. Train the lab personnel on the use and data interpretation of FTIR, GPC and Thermal Analysis equipments Show less
