  Working as Senior Consultant – Water and Sanitation with HCL Foundation. HCL Foundation under its Corporate Social Responsibility support has initiated a field implementation programme for holistic gram panchayat development in which water and sanitation services access by rural a households is one of the components. My present assignment is related to Leading Technical & Financial operations of the HCL Foundation being implemented at the grass roots. I lead a team of 45 field workers who are implementing National sanitation programme for making gram panchayats to make then attain Open Defecation Free (ODF) by mobilizing communities through Community Led Sanitation (CLTS) approach ; pursuing field implementation with support of local district administration under Swachh Bharat Mission and facilitating access of potable drinking water through implementation of National Rural Drinking Water programme at the field level. Apart from water and sanitation programme implementation , I am also part of the Senior Team which reviews progress of work done under other verticals of Agriculture, Livelihoods & Income augmentation , Women empowerment , Infrastructure development and Health services improvement .
