The Downtown Hotels renovation/addition to the 6 story Downtown association building at 60 Pine Street, NYC. 393 West End Ave, NYC conversion/renovation, approximately 110,000 SF plus new Penthouse (II-2,500 SF) from rentals to condos. 159 Broadway hotel is a new 28 story hotel consisting of 235 keys, 105,000 SF and includes retail and restaurant space on the cellar and first floor, residential apartments make up the top 8 floors of the building and make up approximately 22,000 SF. 112 Liberty Street hotel will include 294 keys, kitchen and restaurant, retail, fitness center and public spaces, this building is approximately 138,000 Square Feet.
