  Currently I work as a data engineer for the operations area of BTG Pactual Colombia, which is responsible for validating the information to be displayed to each client in order not to present any problems.📌 I perform ETL between different internal or supplier databases in order to facilitate the information for different internal processes.📌 I tutor other team members on how they should approach problems, at the same time if SQL development is required I give advice and ways to optimize and improve the codes so that it is done in the best possible way.📌 I perform different checks on different databases in order to ensure the quality of the information so that no problems are generated in different processes throughout the company.   📌 I developed a tool for PDF creation using Python, which allowed people to create and test the template they needed much more quickly and easily.📌 I taught Python and SQL to newcomers to the company, as well as to different people who were part of the team in different parts of the world.📌 I made an internal library that optimizes and facilitates development in different processes, this was presented and explained to different teams from different parts of the world.

  📌 I migrated different developments that were implemented in Excel macros to SQL and Python, which led me to have much more controlled developments with fewer failures and optimized times up to 90%.📌 I optimized in SQL Server different Stored Procedure that made that several developments had execution times too long, with these optimizations the times were reduced up to 60%.
