Santiago and I shared 2 years in the Programa Universitat-Empresa, a very selective program in the Economics School at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. He was one of the brightest and more hard-working students in our class, something that made pairing him for any work group a real challenge!. One of Santiago's best skills was his ability to naturally lead a team towards results, getting everyone engaged and excited about the work at hand. He was able to focus on the heart of a problem and think about it clearly, while also listening to his partners and integrating other perspectives. In addition to his outstanding professional skills, Santiago is extroverted, friendly and passionate, the kind of person that brings positive energy to everything he does. Overall Santiago is friendly, great to work with, and the kind of leader that knows how to foster teamwork.
