  Created python code to find the Hubble parameter H0, within some constraints utilizing theorized data for observed galaxies' redshift and proper motions through Gibbs sampling. Utilizing different number of sample points and number of galaxies to sample through unknown the parameters of radial, phi and theta velocities of galaxies using a correlation matrix, gamma, in order to draw Hubble's parameter from a probability density function.
