Developed and implemented the AFSOC training range inspection program on the 724sq/mi Eglin Range Complex. Supervise and mentor four range inspectors with our mission to maintain serviceability & safety of AFSOC training ranges infrastructure within the primary training venues by performing fire and safety hazard inspections, providing access to secured government-provided buildings/ranges, and reporting daily missions of AFSOC/7th SFG/6th Rangers. Assisted with running the Training Range Inspection, Maintenance, and Control program for about six months while our acting supervisor took an administrative leave of absence from his functions. Located and removed hazardous unexploded ordnance, the remains of live/inert ordnance items, targets, structures, and other debris on the Eglin range complex. Responsible for locating, identifying, collecting, and transporting range unexploded ordnance and residue to designated holding areas, accomplishing necessary demilitarization, and certifying material is free of explosive residue.
