Santiago has fantastic people skills and was always willing to go above and beyond to help me. I'm a relatively demanding user and Santiago fielded calls and issues from me in-person and while I was travelling. One of the things that made him such a great support was that he understood the urgency of a customer's situation. He knew that when you were presenting in a hotel somewhere far away, the best solution was the one that would work - not necessarily the same thing you would do if you were at home. He always took care of the urgent need AND followed up to fix the underlying problem.
