  Project : Lanco Anpara Thermal Power Project, Anpara, Uttar Pradesh, India, Client : Lanco Infratech Ltd,Role : Project Coordinator.It is a 2X600 MW Thermal Power project. Energo Engineering is the Turnkey contractor for this. My responsibilities include in preparation of project execution plan, preparation of estimates and schedule of the deliverables in consultation with senior members of the project team & work sharing offices, coordinating with other discipline to sort out the issue on the critical points, quality audit of the model and drawing as per project standard and specification, clash checking of steel models, preparing of an action list to resolve the clashes found in the clash checking process, Conducting project review meeting on weekly basis with all concerned person to review the progress, generating material take-up list from the model, interaction with concerned department for vendor data and engineering sketches, coordinating with site and resolving technical query (TQ) received from site on urgent basics to facilitate a smooth progress of fabrication and erection at site.
