  Contact the broker and discuss in detail on the file that has been initially submitted by them. Pricing the loans on behalf of brokers as per borrowers specifications.Full review of the Initial documents like the 1003, GFE, TIL, Disclosures, Credit report, Appraisals send by the broker.Review any additional documents send by the broker like the Income and the Asset documents.Prepare 1003, GFE, TIL and Disclosures in case initial documents are not provided by the broker and send them to the borrower for signature.Order documents from the third parties either via fax or email. Follow-up with the third parties in case of delays in document retrieval.Full review of the documents send by the third parties like the Title report, Insurance, Verification of employment, Verification of Deposit, Verification of Mortgage, Payoff etc.Submit the file as per the lenders specifications. Instructing the Process Callers and Data Processors on the contents of a file and giving details on what documents to order and stack.Process and meet the conditions prior to funding. Update foresight with all information and log everything so that others can see status. Submit completed loan to Funding. Complete any additional conditions prior Funding.Scheduled closing date/time directly with borrower and closing agent.Follow-up with the broker till the closure of a loan and generation of the funds to the borrower.
