Our latest pivot entailed Cube Wealth definitively marking their move to web3. Enter the TIKKA Token, a globally disruptive Wealth Access Token (WAT) built on Polygon that aims at unlocking powerful wealth advisory in cryptocurrencies, NFTs, metaverse, and more. This pivot earmarked a company-wide shift in focus towards cryptocurrencies and blockchain. Our emphasis moved towards defining the application of the token, designing the project roadmap & eventually moving towards a successful IDO.Keeping this goals in mind, my role now shifted towards securing of crypto launchpads, shortlisting of crypto marketing agencies & aiding the creation of all ancillary materials (website, whitepaper, investor deck, etc.)

After being promoted to a full-time strategy consultant, I was awarded the responsibility of executing customer mining activities, fine-tuning our digital onboarding journey & overseeing the execution of our customer acquisition channels. Our customer mining activities centred around providing wealth advisory services to our premium subscriber base. My task entailed assisting with financial modelling and valuation of 25+ publicly traded Indian equities. We subsequently utilised this analysis to create & update 50+ investment portfolios.Key achievements during this period -• Navigated digital onboarding for 2 assets; enabling a 32% QoQ growth in revenue realisation• Grew mobile application installs to 19,000• Improved platform retention rate to 84%• Launch of premium subscription Cube PrimeThrough this period, my primary growth laid around balancing the designation and self-execution of my new roles. Also, working closely with the wealth coaches allowed me to develop a deep passion for the Indian equities and trading ~ which continues to this day.

    • Strategy And Marketing Intern

I began my stint at Cube Wealth (funded by BEENEXT, 500 Startups, Asuka Holdings, etc.) by securing a 4-month internship at the height of the pandemic. I spent the first three weeks shadowing a variety of individuals from different teams, including sales and marketing. After the first three weeks, I was handed the reigns in managing our company’s website, 3 social media channels and acting as the liaison between the sales & marketing teams. Given that roughly 80% of our users are acquired organically, I worked closely with our SEO consultant and content writers in creating 25+ strategic landing pages, publishing over 50+ financial blogs & optimizing our website’s universal elements (including headers, footers & keyword combinations.)On the social media side, I managed the timely creation & uploading of engaging content around our 12+ asset classes on Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn. In addition, I was given the ability to promote 3 investment webinars with industry stalwarts from WazirX, Marcellus & Purnartha. From a professional standpoint, I was able to build my foundation within the “Leads Generation” phase of the customer funnel & develop a key customer-centric perspective.

I worked as a portfolio valuations intern at Duff & Phelps (now Kroll) on a 3-month contract. My role entailed aiding senior analysts in conducting valuations for incoming clientele, updating existing valuations with quarterly results & shadowing the regional director during valuation presentations. In order to effectively fulfil my role, I was initially required to undergo a 2-week training programme with junior analysts within the team. I was also made to complete numerous units of the Duff & Phelps University (training program for entry-level analysts) & apply said-coursework by completing numerous CFA-level valuation case studies. Once completed, I assisted the completion of 15+ end-to-end financial valuations using DCF & CCM models for firms funded directly by Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, SoftBank Group Corp. and Trinity Ventures. This experience allowed me to familiarise myself in interpreting & applying information from financial statements in addition to polishing my skills within business valuations. From a personal standpoint, it enabled me to gain significant client-facing exposure & improve my corporate communication and organisational skills.
