  The YEP Programmes are established by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Dutch Water Partnership. Within the YEP Programmes, the participants take part in a 1 or 2 year exchange program to learn, network and exchange knowledge within the worldwide water and agro sector. Part of the program concerns the development of a sustainable business case. For this the participants receive trainings and mentoring to learn all about setting up a sustainable business case. My involvement concerns this part of the YEP Programmes and include: - Facilitating trainings on business case ideation and the Business Model Canvas; - Mentoring the participants throughout their business case assignments.   As a business case innovator I facilitate workshops and one on one mentoring to students, young professionals, corporates and startups. By education them on ideation, business model design and validation techniques I help them turn their ideas into impactful business cases. Also as an inspirational speakers I share my experience of entrepreneurship in times of an economical crisis. For university colleges I develop and teach minors and grad tracks on entrepreneurship to get the students ready to become future entrepreneurs or innovation officers within corporates.
