Smart, strategic and devoted are but a few of Sanna's working traits. An experienced businessman with a great blend or right brain and left brain usage to get clients the results they need to achieve their goals.

Working with Sanna has been an absolute pleasure. Sanna came to me in November of 2014 with a personal project that he needed developed. Through-out the course of this project, I got to know Sanna really well; learning of his motivation, professionalism and his extensive knowledge in the marketing and sales game. Upon completion of the project Sanna and I have remained close friends and great business acquaintances. Sanna now has an input into our marketing schemes and sales pitches; which have proven to be very successful.

      • Structural & Civil designer of the development • Coordinated Timeline and Milestones, organising Contractors for each stage • Project estimation and budget analysis • Liason with all stakeholders and relevant governing bodies • Saftey Coordinator My role as a Project Coordinator at ARDevelop was through every stage of the development from Townplanning approval, up to Lock-up inspection. I managed the construction of all structural elements of the build which faced many challenges due to the heavily sloped site. Coordinated materials for each trade in accordance with the builder's instructions. Overall it taught me a lot about the work ethic and skills of tradesman within our industry and how we can overlook the complexities of putting the work together when we, as engineers, punch a few numbers and draw lines on a plan. I had the opportunity to meet some of the hardest workers on site, with great skills and craftsmanship in their respective disciplines.

      • Preparing all documentation of Preliminary Designs • Provide all civil & structural computations and design for projects • Storm-water retention system design (Civil Design) of residential sites • Assist Project managers in the analysis of complications on site. • Coordinating smaller teams to analyse issues and resolve conflicts • Work varied from Low rise residential work to Multi-storey apartments. • Preparing and sending all relevant documentation needed by the council and external stakeholders Internal Roles: Jun 2016 - Jun 2017: Subcontracted Civil & Structral Design Engineer Dec 2015 - Jun 2016: Project Engineer Sep 2014 - Dec 2015: Civil & Structral Design Engineer Jun 2014 - Sep 2014: Structural Draftsman My role as a Project Engineer is mainly concerned with the planning, designing, constructing and computing the structural stability of low rise residential developments across metropolitan Melbourne. Generally working in a team, the teams focus is not only to ensure the strength of the structure itself but also the different phases of construction that need to take place to physically build the finished product. The three main roles at Novo Consult as a Project Engineer consist of the preparation of Structural & Civil Plans, Computation of the design and regular site inspections. Being a consultancy firm, there are many interactions with other industry disciplines which have allowed me to gain a better understanding of the different components that come together with any Construction project.
