• MARATHI BHASHA BHAVAN, MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA The project is located on a landmark site facing the Marine Drive. The planning of this building is conceived with the idea of an elevated open public forum which will be directly accessible to the people from marine drive. Currently the project area is 6693sq mts and is expected to increase due to more facilities development required by the Govt.  Representing a modern architectural form, in finishes it would complement the overall Art Deco building finishes like its neighbouring structures in the marine drive precinct. Offices and gallery floors will exhibit interactive maps and visuals depicting the evolution of the Marathi literature from the classical period (12th century) to the present times. Responsibility: Study & Reading Drawing, extracting quantities item wise & preparing measurements sheet.  Prepared BOQ as per Client requirements & as per government norm.  Coordination with Sub-Consultant for their Respective BOQ.  Coordination with Vendor for Quotation.• GST BHAVAN, WADALA, MAHARSHTRA The plot of land for the construction of the GST Bhavan has an overall length of 450mts and an average width of 85mts; with an estimated budget of approx. Rs1800Cr. The attempt has been to develop a building that is porous, not a mono-block. The proposed building includes a complex set of requirements that include, Offices for GST and GOM, a Training Academy, Accounts & Treasury offices, a host of amenities that include a dining facility having a seating capacity of 500, host of recreational spaces, a 300 capacity auditorium, a 80 capacity conference hall, an exhibition area and two amphitheaters for various formal and informal gatherings.  It also houses a residential block having Training Academy student’s accommodation. Responsibility Reading Architectural Drawing, extracting Quantities Item wise & preparing Measurements sheet.  Prepared BOQ as per SSR specifications & rates.
