I had the honor of working with Sanket for the past year at DriveTime. I am the Manager of the software development teams, and he was in the Software Engineer contractor role. I, along with everyone else, was immediately impressed with not only his senior technical skills, but also his cool and calm demeanor, and his level of participation and collaboration from day 1. Sanket is an enormously talented software engineer and ideal coworker. He came in swinging right away and made immediate positive contributions to our team and our processes. He was able to help us design, plan, implement, and support one of the largest and most impactful projects our company was working on. He was critical to the successful launch and monitoring of that project. We really wanted to keep him onboard permanently, and fought hard to do so. We were able to keep him for several months longer than originally planned, but unfortunately was unable to keep him as a FTE. It's just not the same without him on our team. Whoever is able to bring him on board and work with Sanket directly should consider themselves extremely lucky.
