  One of my longest stint in advertising. 14 long years and a plethora of business experience across some of the blue chip brands in Delhi. Was heading a fantastic team of over a dozen people and all of them were gems. Leading them through two major mergers (Nexus Equity merged with Enterprise to for Enterprise Nexus, a Lowe Group company and then Enterprise Nexus merged with Bates India, a WPP company) and keeping their jobs were the biggest achievement. Winning UNICEF's first Media AOR after competing with the top media agencies from Group M stable has made the agency shine in its troubled merger days. Bates, the merged entity turned "Pure Creative Only" boutique in June 2006. Show less

  After a small stint at Hyderabad with Clarion and another one at Speer Delhi, back in Bangalore with Everest Advertising, one of the leading agencies at that time. Joined them at a level down and gained one level up in just a matter of three months. Headed the operations team and worked closely with the Planning Team. The client list included Brooke Bonds, BPL, Vysya Bank, Kissan, Fenner, Malayala Manorama. It was one of my best phase in my career.
