Analyze product costing, profit margins, and cost reduction strategies. Reporting and Logistics: Weekly reports to Manager for CSL and Sales analysis. Ensure smooth data flow across departments (Warehouse, Listing, Marketing, Accounts, CRM). Timely import through international vendors, resolve customs clearance issues. Inventory and Product Management: Optimize inventory by eliminating Dead Inventory. Add new products based on market demand, customer requirements, and supplier recommendations.
