  • Working with my team to produce and maintain high quality interior car parts for BMW • Working with production management to ensure new products are ready for manufacturing, ready to meet customer demand • Hitting daily production targets and making sure that production for the day is completed to a high standard • Dealing with mechanical faults and reporting them so that they can be can resolved • Completing hourly / end of production reports • Ensuring there is constant communication with our suppliers in Germany and retaining and building supplier relationships • Managing new employees including, Holiday Timetables, Training programmes and Team Building exercises • Checking all interior parts to ensure quality is at the highest • Managing weekend Overtime staff and ensuring all targets for the week are met • Assisting the Site Quality Manager in the development, implementation, administration, and auditing of the quality management system • Supporting the implementation of short and long term strategic functional objectives and KPI’s Show less
