We can handle the entire project from finding a site all the way to organising the sale and settlement of the end product. As an example of my past experience since 2009: - One of the first 9 star energy rated apartment developments in Perth on a tight inner city site. This project has been very well received and the investor saw an excellent return. - Complicated multi stage developments involving a mix of refurbishment of existing properties and construction of more apartments. This was a very difficult site with a 7m drop and involved more than 400m3 of fill and 120 lineal metres of retaining. Investor has seen excellent returns despite difficult Perth market - CBD Penthouse - sourced, negotiated and organised renovation of large full floor CBD apartment for owner occupier clients. - Nightclub (in progress) - lease negotiation and major $2m renovation and rebranding of nightclub in Perth - Full Floor CBD office - sourced, negotiated lease and organised fitout of full floor in new CBD office building for resource industry client - Subdivisions, inner city luxury home projects, townhouses, renovations Pride ourselves on only taking on work we can complete to a very high standard and that are commercially viable.
