A keen planner and strategists with experience of heading the entire operations of all the 07 properties in the Rajasthan & Gujarat region.o Holds the credit of receiving Travelers’ Choice Award from Trip Advisor for Excellence in Service for FY 19-20 for 05 Resorts of Kanj Hotels: Udaipur; Kumbhalgarh; Pushkar; Rajpura (Jalore) & Sasan Gir.o Successfully acquired the 70% growth in the Net GOP for the entire Kanj Hotels Group in the FY 19-20 as compared to FY 18-19.o Successfully acquired the revenue growth of 85% in Operational departments in FY 2019-20 as compared to FY 2018-19.o Through aggressive Rate Management was able to achieve 12% growth in OTA Revenue Contribution in FY 2019-20 as compared to FY 2018-19.o Successfully did the Setup & Pre-Opening of 150 Rooms Eco-friendly AC Container Resort (Temporary setup) for Kumbh Mela; Prayagraj in FY 19-20.o Successfully acquired the Total Revenue growth of 15% in FY 2018-19 as compared to last year in 2017-18 for Kanj Hotels.o Through aggressive Revenue Management and Sales & Marketing was able to achieve 30% growth in Occupancy percentage & 22% growth in RevPAR in FY 2018-19 as compared to last year in 2017-18 for Kanj Hotels.o Successfully added 03 new properties to the Kanj Hotels Kitty through successful business tie ups.o Successfully did the Pre-Opening of 03 new prosperities with room inventory 17 to 150 in Sasan Gir (Gujarat), Jaisalmer & Barmer (Rajasthan).o Holds the credit of receiving Excellence Award at TTF Surat; Mumbai for FY 18-19.o Holds the credit of receiving Excellence Award from Trip Advisor for Excellence in Service for FY 18-19 for Udaipur & Rajpura (Jalore) property
