I have found him to be always considerate of others, making sure that there is no miscommunication or confusion whatsoever, making it very convenient to work with him. A very cool thing about Sanjay is the way he is always willing to share his knowledge of his expertise without forcing it on to one. In my case, I have learned a whole lot of design basics and perspectives from him it has influenced my video scripting and editing techniques as well.
