Working closely with the compliance and player protection teams to ensure that customers engage in responsible gambling across sports and casino. - Utilised SQL and Python to disassemble customer activity on LiveScore Bet and Virgin Bet, and observe betting patterns that might result in problem gambling behaviour. Maintained and modified a behaviour score model that flagged at-risk patterns in customer play. - Built a Python-based tool that automated and optimised sections of the player engagement process at LiveScore Group, which helped reduce operational workload by 98.8%, with the manual processing time of 45 minutes every day being reduced to a mere 30 seconds.
